x = 5 so 1/5 (5) - 7
1/5 (5) = 1
1 - 7 = - 6

So to make the statement true I replaced x with 5 to make 45
8*5+5=45
So replace x with 5 as well 1/5*5-7 = -6
So I think the answer is - 6. Not 100% sure.
