First things first!
Multiply both top numerators (7 (2))
7 (2) = 14
Now, Multiply both bottom denominators (10 (3))
10 (3) = 30
Now we have the fraction 14/30, which can be reduced or simplified, both have the same meaning.
The Greatest Common Factor (GCF) of 14 and 30 is 2, so, divide both 14 and 30 by 2.
14/2 = 7
30/2 = 15
Finally, we have the reduced fraction of 14/30. So, we can say 7/10 x 2/3 equals 7/15.
