10 gallons of paint are needed

    Step-by-step explanation:

If 1/5 gallon is 2/25 of the shed then 1 full gallon is 10/25 because 5 times 2 equals 10. So if 1 gallon is 10/25 then 2 gallons is 20/25 leaving 5/25 left of the first shed. 5 divided by 2 is 2.5, so therefore, it takes 2 gallons and 2.5/5 or 2.5 gallons simplified to paint one shed. Multiply 2.5 by 4 because you need to paint 4 sheds and that gives you 10.
