What does it mean to say that a number is a perfect square? Give on example of number that is a perfect square and of one that is not. Explain your examples.

    A number that is a perfect square is a number that can be square rooted kind of in a perfect match. Example would be 9 because it can be square rooted by 3 for 3 * 3. An example that would not be a perfect square would be 30 because it can divided by 6 * 5 but neither one of those numbers are perfect squares.
