Let f prime (x) = 2/x and f (square root e) = 5 then f (e) =

    F (x) = 2lnx + c so 5 = 1 + c after substitution.

    Means c = 4 and f (x) = (2 lnx) + 4 {NOT 2 ln (x+4) }

    And so f (e) = 2+4=6.

    So 6 is the answer
