A rental company charges $50 plus $0.20/mi to rent a car. Marissa must spend under $184.60 on the rental. How many miles can Marissa drive the car?

    Well if there is a flat fee of $50, start by subtracting that from the total to get $134.60 and then divide that by $0.20 to get 673 miles, but if she has to spend under and not equal, it would be 672 so make sure you're clear on what they're asking
