A gardener makes a new circular flower bed. The bed is ten feet in diameter. Calculate the circumference and the area of the circular flower bed.

    Circumference = Pi x Diameter

    Circumference = 10 x 3.14

    Circumference = 31.4 feet

    Area = Pi x Radius^2

    Area = 3.14 x 5^2

    Area = 3.14 x 25

    Area = 78.5 feet
