    Length = 21 cmwidth = 8 cm

    Step-by-step explanation:

    let L represent the length, w the width and P the perimeter

    L = 2w + 5

    P = 2 (L + w) = 2 ((2w+5) + w) = 6w + 10

    on the other hand P = 58 then 6w + 10 = 58 ⇒ 6w = 48 ⇒ w = 8

    Since L = 2w + 5 ⇒ L = L = 2 (8) + 5 = 21
