    Slope:

    -6x-5y=15

    -6x-15=5y

    5y=-6x-15

    y = - 6x-15 or

    5

    y = - 6x/5 - 3

    so the slope is - 6/5

    Y-intercept is found when x = 0, so

    y = - 6x/5 - 3

    y = - 6 (0) / 5 - 3

    y = - 3

    The slope of a line in form ax+by=c is - a/b

    the yint of the line is c/b

    so

    -6x-5y=15

    slope = - (-6) / - 5=6/-5=-6/5

    yint is 15/-5=-15/5=-3

    slope=-6/5

    yint is - 3

    or you could just do slope intercept and solve for y

    y=mx+b

    m=slope

    b=yintercept

    slope=-6/5

    yint is - 3
