    Janet will pay $20.40 in cash.

    Given:

    Price = $28

    discount = 20%

    coupon = $2

    $28 x 20% = 5.60 discount

    $28 - 5.60 = $22.40 discounted price

    $22.40 - $2 = $20.40 cash payment made by Janet.
