A group of 23 students is going on a canoe trip. Three teachers and 2 parents will also be going on the trip. Each canoe can hold 3 people. How many canoes will they need?

    23+2+3 = 28 / 3 (9 or 10) better go with 10

    They would need 10 Canoes. There is 28 people. Divide that by 3 and gives you a decimal of 9.33 repeating. Since you cant cut people up in half just round it up
