To prepare for a wedding Aiden bought sixty candles he paid $ 0.37 for each candle his sister bought 170 candles at a sale where she paid $0.05 less for each candle then Aiden did a. How much did aiden spend on candles? b. How much did aidens sister spend on candles? c. Who spent more on candles? How much more?

    A. Aiden spent $22.20 on candles (60 x 0.37 = 22.20)

    b. Aiden's sister spent $54.40 on candles (0.32 x 170 = 54.4)

    c. Aiden's sister spent more on candles. She spent $32.20 more.
