At the start pizza has - 6

the temperature rises 13 during the transport, so it should have - 6+13=7

because the temperature goes down 19 when pizza is put in the home freezer, the final temperature should be 7-19=-12

so b is the correct answer

    if the temperature rises - > +

if the temperature goes down - > -
