I would start by figuring out what one day of rain would be, in this case two weeks is 14 days, so we get 10 inches in 14 days. 14 divided by 10 is 1.4. Now you do 1.4 multiplied by 31 for each day, which equals 43.4. I think that in 31 days this town in Texas will receive 43.4 inches of rain.

    A hexagon has 6 sides so 4x6=24

    39-24=15

    A pentagon has 5 sides so 15/5=3

    There would be 3 pentagons
