Can someone talk me through the steps?

What is the equation of the given line in standard form? Use integer coefficients.

y = - 6.9x + 5.1

    Y = 6.9x + 5.1 ... multiply by 10 to get rid of decimals

    10y = 69x + 51 ... subtract 69x from both sides

    -69x + 10y = 51
