n a certain chemical, the ratio of zinc to copper is 4 to 11. A jar of the chemical contains 264 grams of copper. How many grams of zinc does it contain?

    96 grams of zinc. If the ratio is 4:11 and the 11 correlates to 264 than 4x:11x could be rewritten as 4x:264. 264/11 = 24 and 24*4=96
