Y = 2 (2x + 4)
y = 2 (2x) + 2 (4)
y = 4x + 8
4x + 8 = y
4x - 4x + 8 = y - 4x
8 = y - 4x
8 + y = y - y + 4x
8 + y = 4x

2 + 1/4y = x
y = 4 (2 + 1/4y) + 8
y = 8 + y + 8
y = 8 + 8 + y
y = 16 + y

0x = 16

x = 0
y = 2 (2 (0) + 4)
