    we have here 2 inequations

    * 4x - 6 <5x - 2 and 4x-5x < - 2+6 or - x - 4

    * 5x - 2 < 4x + 3 and 5x-4x< 3+2 or x<5

    The solution set in set-builder notation is: (-4,5) for - 4
