    Given m=3/5, P (3,2)

    For Q (8, y)

    first find the difference in x between P & Q

    x = (8-3) = 5

    Multiply by the slope 3/5

    5*3/5=3

    Add to the y-coordinate of P

    Q (8,2+5*3/5) = Q (8,2+3) = Q (8,5)

    So the missing y-value is 5
