A caterer prepares three times as many pizzas as she usually prepares for a large party. The caterer usually prepares 5 pizzas. The caterer also estimates that each party guests will eat 1/3 of a pizza. Write an expression that represents this situation. How party guest will the pizza serve?

    3 times as many as 5 so 15 pizzas, 1/3 of 15 is 5.

    3n=5 n being the number of pizzas the guests are estimated to eat.
