    Solving, you get 4x-12=-30+10x.

    You get - 6x=-18, so x=3. It is neither no solution nor infinite solutions, there is only one solution.

    So let's work it out. Expanding, it becomes 4x-12=-30+10x. So that becomes - 6x=-18 and so x=3.
