    Consider the width as x.

    Width = x

    Length = 3x-4

    2 (3x-4) + 2 (x) = 64

    6x-8+2x = 64

    8x-8 = 64

    8x = 72

    x = 9

    Width = 9 meters

    Length = 23 meters
