Mary is 12 years old now, and is three times older than her sister. how old will mary be when she is twice as old as her sister?

    Her sister's age:4

    Mary's age will be 8

    Because Mary is 12 years old, and is three times older than her sister.

    So 12 divided by 3 is equal to 4

    And 4*2=8
