A person bought an item at a 15% off sale. The discount was 90.00. What was the regular price?

    Set up a ratio:

    90$ at 15% discount and x$ at 100% (full price)

    90/15 = x/100

    x = (90*100) : 15=600

    Regular price 600$

    Check: 600*0.15=90$ of discount
