You will need to put it in slope-intercept form first. (y=mx+b, where "m" is the slope)
-3x+2y=6 (Original)
2y=3x+6 (Add 3x)
y=3/2x+3 (Divide by 2)
The slope is 3/2.

The slope is 3/2,
You add 3 to other side of the equals sign to get 2y=3x+6 and then you divide by 2 to get y=3/2x+3
