What is the center and radius of the circle with equation (x - 5) 2 + (y + 3) 2 = 16?

    The equaiton of a circle with center (h, k) and radius r is

    (x-h) ² + (y-k) ²=r²

    given

    (x-5) ² + (y - (-3)) ²=4²

    center is (5,-3) and radius is 4
