The absolute value is how far a number is from zero. The number will always be positive unless there is a negative symbol outside of the brackets. Therefore, your answer is 11.

The absolute value of - 11 would be 11. When figuring out aboslute value of a negative number, it is just the positive version of it. Another example would be the abosulute value of - 45 is 45.
