    D=26.5 millimeters

    r=13.25 millimeters

    A = (pi) (r) ^2

    A = (3.14) (13.25) ^2

    A=551.27 millimeters squared

    The formula for the diameter of a circle is A=Pi (d/2) ^2. So you write 3.14 (26.5/2) ^2. 26.5 divided by 2 or in half is 13.25. 13.25 times 3.14 is approximately 41.61. 41.61 times 41.61 equals 1,731.3921. So the answer is 1,731.39 millimeters.
