X + 2y = 10
2y = - x + 10; divide both sides by 2 to isolate y;
y = - 1/2x + 5, so slope is - 1/2 and y intercept is (0,5).
So this equation is a line with a slope (m) of - 1/2, and crosses the y axis at (0,5).
