    The relation between the width and the length is: l = 3w + 1 - - - (1) Perimeter = 2w + 2l - - - (2) Put (1) in (2) " Perimeter = 2w + 2 (3w+1) " Perimeter = 2w + 6w + 2 Perimeter = 8w + 2
