3 gallons of gas would be left.

Step-by-step explanation: Each gallon of the 15 gallons the car can hold, contains 32 miles. Since the car can only hold 15 gallons and each gallon provides the car to drive 32 miles, you must multiply 32 by 15 and you get the number 480, which is how much miles the car can drive with the 15 gallons of gas. Then you subtract 384 from 480 and you get 96 miles left. Finally, you divide 96 by 15 to find out how much gallons of gas is left in the car which results in you getting the answer 3 gallons.
