Alina owes $4 to Mya and Mylana owes $1 to Mya and $1 to Genesis.

As they want to share the party expenses equally, first you have to add all the expenses and divide them by 4 people to know the amount that each person has to pay:

$21+$25+$16+$18 = $80/4 = $20

As everyone has to pay $20 for the party expenses, we can see that Genesis spent $1 more and Mya $5 more, so they have to get the money back from the other 2 people.

Alina owes: $20-$16 = $4. She owes $4 to Mya as she will pay the entire amount she owes to one person and Mya has to get $5 back.
