    We have 28 mph.

To convert that to feet we would multiply that by 5,280.

To convert that to seconds we have to divide it by 3,600.

So, basically we have to get 28 and multiply it by 5,280 / 3,600 and that equals

    41.066666666 feet per second.

    Answer is D
