    At the start of the diet Kerrin weighted 14*14+8 = 196+8=204 pounds

    Three month later 13*14+6=182+6=188 pounds

    188=p% from 204

    188=204p/100

    188*100=204p

    p=18800/204=92.156≅ 92.2
