In order to add fractions, you need a common denominator. Since the denominator in the second fraction is 25, we want to make the first fraction's denominator 25 too.

In order to do that, you multiply both the top and bottom by 5.

    2/5 = (2*5) / (5*5) = 10/25

Now, you add together the fractions by keeping the denominator the same and just adding the numerators.

    10/25+11/25 = (10+11) / 25=21/25

    The answer is 21/25

    Sorry for the long answer!
