Percent means out of 100 so

    x%=x/100

    Lisa spent 67 and 25

what percent was price of skateboard

    so percent of total price

    total price=skateboard+helmet=67+25=92

total (skateboard and helmet) = 92

    then percent out of 100

    67 out of 92=67/92

one way is to divide fully and get

    0.728261/1

    make denomentator 100

    multiply by 100/100

    72.8261/100=72.8261%

    the answer is about 72.8%

    the answer is B
