In triangle DEF, CG = (x + 5) units and DG = (3x - 2).

What is DG?

    If triangle DEF is a right triangle with the legs as CG and DG, then we can solve this using Pythagorean theorem and express DG in terms of x

    DG = √ (x + 5) ² + (3x - 2) ²
