Consider the first 2 digits There are 5 odd digits so number of ways for first 2 digits = 5P2 = 20

The third digit could be 0-9 so for the first 3 digits there are 20 * 10 = 200 ways

Number of ways to to get 4 uppercase letters = 26P4 = 358,800 ways

    So Answer is 358,800 * 200 = 71,760,000
