Val walks 2 3/5 miles each day. Bill runs 10 miles once every 4 days. I'm 4 days, who covers the greater distance?

    Val because if we divide 10 by 4 to get the miles in one day, we would get 2.5, which is the same as 2 1/2. You could also multiply 2 3/5 by 4 and then compare it from there.
