If p∨q is true, then what must be true about the truth values of p and q?

    If pVq is true, then the answer that must be true about the truth values of p and q is that at least one is true.

    If both are true, pVq is true.

    If both are false, pVq is false.

    But if p is true, and q is false, and vice versa, then pVq is true - only one needs to be true.
