Divide 15 by 16 to get 0.9375.
In fact, it would be nice to memorize all fractions of 16:
/16=0.0625
/16=1/8=0.125
/16=0.1875
/16=1/4=0.25
/16=0.5625
/16=3/8=0.375
/16=0.4375
/16=1/2=0.5
/16=0.5625
/16=5/8=0.625
/16=0.6875
/16=3/4=0.75
/16=0.8125
/16=7/8=0.875
/16=0.9375
This would be useful for any still living in the Imperial system, with lb/oz, fractions of an inch, etc.
