Find three consecutive even integers such that 4 times the third integer is 4 more than the 3 times the first integer plus two times the second integer.

    Let lowest integer be n then

    4 (n + 4) = 3n + 2 (n + 2) + 4

    4n + 16 = 5n + 8

    8 = n

    so three integers are 8,10 and 12.
