    Given equation: 10+5*4^2/2^3=20

1st get rid of the exponents:

    4^2/2^3 = 16/8

    The new equation: 10+5*16/8

    Divide 16&8: 16/8 = 2

    The new equation: 10+5*2

    10+10

    =20
