    The product of a fraction and 7 is greater than 7, if fraction i a/b then (a/b) * 7>7

The denominator 7 means (a/7), so we can rewrite (a/b) * 7>7 as

(a/7) * 7>7, from this inequality we get

    a>7,

so the numerator is greater than 7
