    Solve for x.

    -3x+4y=-12

    Add - 4y to both sides.

    -3x+4y+-4y=-12+-4y

    -3x=-4y-12

    Divide both sides by - 3.

    -3x/-3 = - 4y-12/-3

    x=4/3y+4

    solve for y.

    -3x+4y=-12

    Add 3x to both sides.

    -3x+4y+3x=-12+3x

    4y=3x-12

    Divide both sides by 4.

    4y/4 = 3x-12/4

    y=3/4x-3

    X-intercept can be found when y=0

    y-intercept can be found when x=0

    Plug in x=0 to find the y-intercept

    -3 (0) + 4y = - 12

    4y = - 12

    y = - 3

    Plug in y=0 to find the x-intercept

    -3x + 4 (0) = - 12

    -3x = - 12

    x = 4

    The x-intercept is (4,0)

    The y-intercept is (0, - 3)
