    Supplementary means they add up to 180

    Lets say x is the angle we're looking for.

    x + 113 = 180.

    We want to isolate x. To do so, we subtract by 113 on both sides

    x + 113 - 113 = 180 - 113

    x = 67

    C is the correct answer.
