    s = - 16t^2 + 64t + 3

    v = - 32t + 64

    the maximum height occurs when v = 0:

    -32t + 64 = 0 when t = 2 sec

    the maximum height is

    s = - 16 (2^2) + 64 (2) + 3 = 67 ft

    the range is [ 3, 67]
