This is a cube-shaped container, the formula to find the volume is V=a*a*a, and the volume of this container is 8,000 cubic centimeters, so in order to find the edge of it, or find "a", we need to get the cube root of its volume, the cube root of 8,000 is 20. So length of the edge of this particular container is 20 centimeters.
