Subtract - 7a^2 + 3a - 9 from 5a^2 - 6a - 4

    5a^2 - 6a - 4 - (-7a^2 + 3a - 9)

    = 5a^2 - 6a - 4 + 7a^2 - 3a + 9

    =12a^2 - 9a + 5
