Kayla plans to swim 2 laps per minute until she swims 12 laps. She figures this will take 16 minute. Which is NOT a reason why this conclusion is wrong?

    This may because Kayla will not swim 2 laps every minute. The 16 minutes may be reached because she may have swam only one lap per minute and then gradually made it up to 2 per minute
